Project Management: Our staff of coordinators takes the confusion out of project management! With a single point of contact, the time traditionally used to track and manage sites is freed up for you to pursue other priorities. Your coordinator can keep you as informed as you desire with a wide array of established reporting functions, including phoned or e-mailed progress reports, an on-line updated status report and/or end-of-day emails.
Maintenance: Keypoint Services provides preventative, routine and emergency maintenance for all equipment we supply as well as a warranty on all of our field technician's workmanship. Except in rare instances, the same field technician who installed or serviced the site will perform all the maintenance. Emergency response time is available in less than 48 hours to as little as 4 hours in selected areas.
Equipment: Keypoint not only installs and services satellite, audio, video, and security equipment, we also supply it. We are partnered with many of the top quality equipment vendors in the country and frequently "drop ship" equipment from the manufacturer directly to your site. We and our technicians keep many standard devices in stock to enhance convenience and timeliness. Keypoint can also store your equipment at our warehouse for shipment on high priority sites, thereby avoiding any delay in shipping caused by backorders or time zone differences.
Technical Support: Keypoint's in-house support staff is fully trained to supply technical information to our field technicians at every site. We emphasize a strong, well-trained technical support staff. Our technical support group has amassed an impressive list of credentials and certifications. We even provide low-cost training as necessary to help our technicians obtain special certifications.
